Majority of the revenue that IDC brings in is from renewals. Growth has been very stagnant over the years because of this. There is a very strong push for net new business, however, there are zero tools to help support the outbound motion. There are also no inbound leads and very little support by marketing. There has been very high turnover in the recent months and I predict this will continue.

IDC is a great company. Crawford provided excellent leadership while I was there and we were frequently competitive in a difficult market arena with Gartner and Forrester. As a whole, the company was great. We were coming out of Covid and they provided relief to reps that were missing quota some months. I've never seen a company pay salespeople for not performing.
