IDC is a great company. Crawford provided excellent leadership while I was there and we were frequently competitive in a difficult market arena with Gartner and Forrester. As a whole, the company was great. We were coming out of Covid and they provided relief to reps that were missing quota some months. I've never seen a company pay salespeople for not performing. I was astonished and impressed. I'd strongly encourage anyone to work there.

It had been good for the first two years in a previous role, but the company is owned by Blackstone and they came in and completely torched the culture/perks/compensation. Very solid company to work for until recently. Blackstone (PE) purchased IDC about 4 years ago and they are finally laying the hammer down. Company is falling apart. Layoffs left and right. Extreme, and I mean extreme micromanagement. Lots of change, and executive leadership/management turn over by the quarter. Quotas are now unachievable and accelerators are a joke....Read More
