The company provides a lot of training opportunities which is greatly appreciated. But the number of meetings required to high quota each month is higher than most people ever get scheduled in a month. Plus, you have to achieve that 6 months in a row. That has led to some frustration amongst the SDRs when it comes to promotion opportunities. They have multiple levels of SDR promotions you are expected to achieve before you could be promoted to an Account Executive. When going after company executives is the main goal and setting meetings with directors is discouraged, it's tough to hit quota. Overall, great training and people to work with. Just very challenging to be promoted.

A strong emphasis on training, enablement, and resourcing. A high onus on performance (no empty suits, everyone rolls the sleeves up). High-energy, hunger, and bold mission. Passionate leaders. Working through growth pains currently, and hope to see greater clarity in messaging and internal process.
