Was great at first but it seems like a sinking ship and it's gradually getting worse. The company creates new products which they push aggressively that cost the company tons of money, don't add value to clients and should be options not mandatory. Too man directors and senior directors cause a flood of useless KPI pushes, which are just an attempt to show their value but don't help reps actually sell.

The job is definitely not that hard so the compensation is great. However, the product doesnt work a lot of the time, churn is high, quotas are untenable, and it's just honestly a boring job to have.

Limited opportunity to upsell outside of PPC product. Glassdoor and indeed branding was very fluffy, PPC was a much more tangible product. New products (pay per apply) never gained traction. No growth opportunities & very little leadership.
