Was great at first but it seems like a sinking ship and it's gradually getting worse. The company creates new products which they push aggressively that cost the company tons of money, don't add value to clients and should be options not mandatory. Too man directors and senior directors cause a flood of useless KPI pushes, which are just an attempt to show their value but don't help reps actually sell.

My overall experience was fairly positive. But I did not care to work with a close book of business. Removing unqualified account s out of my management took too long!
