KPI focused sales org where if you are hitting your “impact coverage” number you are doing your job. There is a lot out of your control when it comes to revenue but the expectation is to grow your closed book of existing accounts every quarter which can be a challenge. If you crush it during peak hiring seasons, it’s can be very challenging to grow your book again the next quarter.

Aggressive, out-of-touch growth targets. No transparency around account-specific quotas. Very vague answers are given by SLT about how quota is calculated which is weird.
