Overall experience was decent but there is a strong culture of micromanagement and quite volatile in terms of job stability. I managed public sector accounts but other business units were underperforming which resulted in constant firings and employee rotations. Decent for hard working reps but there is high turnover and a lack of executive leadership as the founder is heavily involved and tends to shake things up often by rushing services to accelerate growth.

Depending on what industry you work with and your Sales Director, you can make money here. However, they will let you know you are disposable and will throw you under the bus if given the opportunity. No accountability from Leadership. They have fired dozens of people who didn't deserve to be - yet the failing leadership is making well over 200k.
