Overall experience is positive. Whilst inbound leads are low, the product offering/ICP/TAM is attractive. A few changes in the GTM strategy would accelerate earning potential and overall job satisfaction. Main challenge is in the set up, as the company is privately owned by a single shareholder, whilst that has built for growth to this stage, in order to accelerate in line with the wider organisations goals this might be a factor that changes
