My overall experience at InMoment was poor. If you love being micro-mananged this might be the place for you. Leadership doesn't care about employees well-being despite the fact that they sell Employee Experience software. Everyone is walking on eggshells and employee moral is at an all-time low. Look elsewhere unless you're desperate

This organization was recently purchased by a larger competitor, and they are focused on taking the product to add to their suite, but determined to eliminate any talent that costs them money. I saw my own job posted for 1/3 the pay coming out of Eastern Europe for an American time zone. Avoid at all costs.
