My overall experience was terrible. My manager didn't show up to on-sites, there was political infighting between the exec's, and I received no support as a remote rep. Likely has changed since I was there... but this was definitely a terrible choice for me at the time.

This organization was recently purchased by a larger competitor, and they are focused on taking the product to add to their suite, but determined to eliminate any talent that costs them money. I saw my own job posted for 1/3 the pay coming out of Eastern Europe for an American time zone. Avoid at all costs.
