strict forecasting, no real call training... at most you get role plays. Quota only gets higher as you do well, so you can never take your foot off the gas.

Current leadership at the top is poor to awful. A great place to work in the recent past is in transition with morale low and key contributors leaving en masse.

Insight has a good base compensation but leadership does not know what they are doing. Recent changes have lowered ICR and raised OTE, making it significantly harder to make good money.
