Okay. I believe they are over budgeted and need to adjust the amount of reps they currently have within a territory. The PEO industry has become more crowded and certain markets are just smaller based on geography and directly related to the healthcare market.

Very old school company with no modern sales stack usage and an outdated approach. Nothing that justifies being the highest priced solution in a competitive environment. Earning potential significantly lower than most modern sales orgs.

Insperity is a great place to work. I have really enjoyed my time and have nothing bad to say about actually working for the company. I do have a big problem with the product.
