Current Employee Insperity is a great place to work. I have really enjoyed my time and have nothing bad to say about actually working for the company. I do have a big problem with the product. It is the Cadillac of Payroll companies and PEOs. the lack of market recognition is impressive for a company around as long as it has been. I think the good days of working here are behind them. Was probably a great place to work 7-10 years ago. No company wants to pay for Insperity when there is tons and tons of cheaper PEO options out there. The PEO market has gotten saturated and starting to get a bad name.. a bad recipe for a company like Insperity who is a premium expense. Lastly have the exclusive with UHC is hurting them - they are over insuring companies selling on the medical savings. We all know what has been going on with UHC.
