Insperity is an old school company that makes changes very slowly and tends to be behind the latest technology. Support from leadership and peers is very high. Everyone is willing to help. It is very diffficult to hit quota in first and second year of hire.

Great product and service team. Truly cares for their clients and invests in their people. Leadership and direction is lacking. Good corporate culture but as most orgs sales people are a number. Very tough sale. You will gather 8-15 documents from prospects before you can set a demo of the product.
