Current Employee Insperity treats its people well, but is not a motivating environment for business development roles. Sales cycles are encumbered by drawn out processes that forces clients into deal fatigue. Management varies, in some offices they are out of touch w reality. Many District managers have either not sold PEO or were not successful at it. Some offices lean heavily on phone calls and emails and mandate much of your day be spent in office cold prospecting. Networking and events tend yield better results in this industry. Salary is decent, Compensation structures are less motivating since they incorporate residuals as part of the structure. First rule of finance is money today is worth more than money tomorrow. Always get paid upfront if you can.
