Former Employee Insperity is a challenging sale that many businesses do not need to have in order to operate. The company sells on a value proposition of reducing administrative workload within HR, but many clients indicated that it made simple processes like running payroll and onboarding employees more complex than it needed to be. When clients needed to utilize the company’s service team, there were too many team members assigned to their account with siloed responsibilities who would pass problems off and, many times, fall through the cracks. The large sea of competitors who all sell on the same differentiator of excellent customer service are often more efficient, cheaper, and provider a better technology. 1 of 2 Insperity products is a white labeled Isolved platform with unnecessary, difficult to work with service team members assigned to the account.
