Most expensive product in the market, lowest base salary in the industry. Average person takes a year to close a deal, 3-6 months if you’re lucky.

It is a great career opportunity if you can survive. Their strategy is to hire as many salespeople as they can and they lose 80% of them. Most quit, and some get let go. A big part of the compensation model is residual commissions, but after you have been there a few years you are selling new accounts to backfill accounts that leave. Terrible leadership in my office. There are no set territories or guidelines for accounts. Just cold call and knock on doors to reach customers. This a better job for an older professional with a large personal network.
