Terrible leadership in my office. There are no set territories or guidelines for accounts. Just cold call and knock on doors to reach customers. This a better job for an older professional with a large personal network.

It is a great career opportunity if you can survive. Their strategy is to hire as many salespeople as they can and they lose 80% of them. Most quit, and some get let go. A big part of the compensation model is residual commissions, but after you have been there a few years you are selling new accounts to backfill accounts that leave. Really good people to work with. Insperity has a strong product that works but it is very expensive and difficult to sell. Many reps come in excited about residuals but aren't able to make anything happen. Insperity doesn't give you many resources and very very little support from marketing.
