Current Employee Great product fit, but top down leadership direction is lacking. Executives are stuck thinking that they’re a 20+ year old SIP company but with the change to AI they need to change the mindset and understand they’re a startup or they’ll find behind the curve. Comp plan doesn’t empower sellers - minimum deal size requirements and lacking in the things needed to sell at an Enterprise level
