Former Employee Failure in the UK! Having an accountancy tech business with nobody having any accountancy or small business experience is madness. Far to focused on the stronger competition because it's easy to blame failure on their success. Leadership is a joke, ex Yell and miles off budget. They all claim to live the values, but they're used as an excuse to bash people.
There has been nothing but constant change for years, because nobody knows how to take Leadership in a 'woke' environment.
The sales staff are out fudging the figures adding payroll to licenses and over 90% is never used, because they don't know it's there, and the head of accounting sales knows all about it.
