Former Employee The Account Manager role is very rewarding. Marketing and BDRs keep your calendar busy with appointments with mostly current customers who need an update on their subscription and it is your job to help them determine what makes sense for them, get them the best promotion, sign them up, and provide all the resources they will need to be successful. Base salary is low but commission is paid quarterly and almost everyone hits their quota and makes 6 figures. The teams are very diverse. Unfortunately, Intuit has been restructuring many times and there have been entire teams being laid off despite being successful (some employees working for 5+ years), quota not being communicated until half way through the quarter, deals not being paid because our leads had to sign up on their own due to technical issues, and delays in product advances that are clearly a need for customers. Intuit will always be successful, but it is not perfect. Browse Other Reviews
