Pros: It is a decent organization that wants to keep its sellers happy. Great company atmosphere and quality of life. The perks and benefits are the best I have ever seen. Cons: Not knowing your quota until 1 month into the quarter, internal processes being very new, and it feels like a startup within an F500 company. To succeed you have to accept processes being imperfect and deal with extra admin work and lag time.

They only do contract to "hire" but never hire people. Everyone is just a boomerang even if you're a top performer. This role is fine if you need something in between jobs. Its not what you think. They also lied and hit the comp plan from us for about a month. 50k Base and 500 bucks if you hit 120% to goal which is about 20-30k you make them and they give you 500...Read More
