DEI is definitely a plus year. But the overall training development and coaching is where they mid market organization fails. They have expectations that are unattainable in terms of quota. And product market fit. They do not stack up to the competition in terms of pricing and features & functionalities. If you don’t perform within a 6 to 8 months band, you will be let go. They do not have an official PIP process.
