Great product and leadership. Culture is great and a focus from the top. Comp is low factoring in no 401k match. I will say that favoritism exists and some have much more opportunity to perform higher than others.

Ironclad has a good product and good senior leadership, but the buyer persona is super immature and more problematic is that the CLM space is so crowded, with emerging players reaching parity on tech with far more economical pricing. Culture is good and the CLM product has great product market fit, really excelling in the space. Quotas are unrealistic and OTE/attainment is skewed by a few ENT reps closing massive deals. SMB/MM are not given enough attention while company chases big logos.

The company has brought in a lot of new leadership in the last 6 months that are god awful and have no idea what they are doing.
