NO work life balance. you feel as if you work for the Isreali Military. Denied using PTO every year and they also do commission claw back so if you lose a deal you now owe the company money out of future comp checks.

There is no transparency within the leadership group. It is quick to throw anyone under the bus regardless of the experience and longevity. Pointing fingers at each other is very common
