My overall experience with JPMorgan Chase was positive. I would say that the base was low at the time. I have heard that they have since increased it. Management is a hit or miss. Obviously having a very good manager will help you. Jamie diamond probably believes that everything is awesome. Their rhetoric from corporate and systems are unmatched. The middle managers didn’t mean what they would say around best practices. They would coach to a number and also require you to watch endless trainings that specifically would say coach to behaviors.
