Jamie diamond probably believes that everything is awesome. Their rhetoric from corporate and systems are unmatched. The middle managers didn’t mean what they would say around best practices. They would coach to a number and also require you to watch endless trainings that specifically would say coach to behaviors.

Great company that I worked for many years however the sales position could use some work on the structure.
