Former Employee My overall experience with JPMorgan Chase was positive. I would say that the base was low at the time. I have heard that they have since increased it. Management is a hit or miss. Obviously having a very good manager will help you. Had the displeasure of working with a Regional Director that was VERY biased and only liked / promoted people who brown nosed them, not based on the individuals skill.
