JCI switched to a base plus TTI plus quota model am I doing so many of the men market executives have been able to hit a quota or overdrive. A couple years ago we had a base plus commission structure that was based on gross profit of each individual job and would pay upon recognize revenue and executed margin for projects, a very high percentage for service contracts

Changing commission structure is hard to keep up with. finding out that sales 6 months ago were not included at end of year true up.
