Upper sales management is constantly messing with comp plan and, as of the last two years, hurt reps by a large amount (15-30% pay decrease). Overall, it's still paying over competition. Execution of projects hurts future sales. Invoicing and accounts receivable are absolutely terrible.

A lot of great people at the company that I truly enjoy working with, but corporate culture is constantly shifting and can be difficult to deal with. Compensation structure is changing dramatically and likely not for the better.
