Current Employee3.1Mar 3, 2025Being an AE1 here is not great- all of your leads get taken by senior reps who have referrals. They also just added a new quota which requires you to sell 4 logos a quarter in addition to your arr quota. So you have to hit both quotas in order to get paid out fully

Current Employee2.7Jun 11, 2025started out as a great org with a great product. then Justworks lost focus, launched 2 products that mostly flopped, and doubled quota from last year. SDRs' quota tripled at the same time. new leadership is disconnected from selling properly in 2025.
