Current Employee So far in my 9 months as an SDR here i can honestly say that culture wise it is not family oriented, it is "we are like minded individuals who here to serve the small businesses that feel underserved in the space"
It speaks volumes and it surprises me how open people are to help others to get better and succeed.
There has been changes that felt rushed leaving for an adjustment that was uncomfortable for many but with leadership giving a clear vision, its made it easier to adjust and hit qouta.
