Current Employee3.4Dec 22, 2023My overall experience was really great. The culture at this organization is really great. It is the kind of place where you will meet friends for life. I do feel like the leadership team makes decisions that favor the top-performing reps rather than equaling the playing field for all reps. The base pay and overall commission structure is not competitive in my opinion.
