started out as a great org with a great product. then Justworks lost focus, launched 2 products that mostly flopped, and doubled quota from last year. SDRs' quota tripled at the same time. new leadership is disconnected from selling properly in 2025.

Overall good place to start your SDR career. You have to take your training into your hands and put yourself out there. Great team - could be better collaboration with AEs and SDRs. Also to formalize trainings for upcoming SDRs as they move to role.
