-Lead allocation was inconsistent among reps -Only 1-2 reps ever make quota -selling to accountants means no sales during tax season or tax extensions months -managers that don’t help with deal strategy, fumble requests to move deals forward, inexperienced -billing process internally is the worst -you need to get every deal desk approved; no authority not even VP -to get “sales” done here is arduous and inefficient -constant micromanagement

New CEO is bringing some good changes, some bad. She has had success building organizations but usually at a cost. Product was strong 2 years ago but feature releases are taking too long and the rest of the market is catching up. Good YoY growth as a company but concerns around going up market and overall product churn.
