Extremely territory and team-dependent. I unfortunately was given mostly inactive/overdue for payment accounts, with a poor manager(who was later demoted). The vest majority of reps do not hit quota, and there are many company practices that do not make the business popular in the IT industry.

Customer sentiment towards Kaseya needs to change. Product will be superior in the future, no doubt in that, especially with Rania the new CEO focusing on product development and customer experience. I was brought over via the acquisition from Kaseya. I was legacy Datto. This company is high paced and a lot of fun. The workforce is young but the company is sales focused not tech focused. If you perform you get paid. Simple as that.
