I really like this company and those I work with. I had sales and sdr experience coming over, as well as a few other SDR’s that were hired on with me. Most have now dropped out or have been let go due to the high demand of calls and hitting quota. If you do not hit 25 held demos in the first two months you are let go. My experience with this company was actually really good. Unfortunately, I was laid off due to COVID-19 and so was everyone else that was brought in in my training class. There was no help after being laid off, I wish there would have been help to ease the burden of the pandemic.

When I first started at Kenect I was happy. But over the course of time I was there things went downhill fast. Sales leadership was changed and people stopped hitting their quotas. Products were released that were not fully ready or wanted. Over all in the end the experience was not good.
