Khoros struggeld for years with changes in product direction. Mid and upper leadership were great. maintained strong culture and passion even when things out of their hands led to challenges.

Unhealthy PE rollup that was desperately trying to sell in 2022. The burden now belongs to the staff that was left behind once all the legacy talent and leadership jumped-ship. Those remaining are in hopeless pursuit of empty title and comp promises from a flaccid ELT who consider themselves to be "professional". Great culture, great people, good comp, good earning potential with the right accounts. Leadership is decent and product market fit is good. Company lacks a little direction and future outlook is very uncertain.
