Former Employee A terribly run company. Most everyone who was part of the success & culture of the company have left. There is no culture or desire to create a culture with values. In fact they did an employee survey & the results were so poor & employees so disenfranchised, that they didn’t release the results of the survey.
3 published rounds of layoffs. 15%, 5% & most recently 20%. All within the last 18 months.
No leadership or vision. They are working had to reduce expenses, downsize & outsource so they call sell.
Support for customers is antiquated & terrible causing frustration & churn. A sinking ship.
