My overall experience was positive, mostly in the relationships built with co-workers. At the time I was there, there were significant challenges that made the job unnecessarily difficult, but that is likely common with mergers and acquisitions. There was also abnormally high turnover during that period.

My overall experience was great! WAY more ups then downs and common growth pains that any company goes through from acquisition to merger and then rebrand. Wickedly smart people and the great products kept me there for years. Should have doubled down on Social Marketing, Social Care, Analytics and Community and left the Contact Center business to others.
