Kipu has an incredibly accepting and diverse culture, with experienced leadership in every department. In the sales org you have a ton of support from management, Sales Engineers, marketing, and can get face time with cross-functional departments very easily. The vast majority of employees have helpful and positive attitudes. Kipu has wonderful brand recognition and the products are industry best in behavioral health. If you put your mind to it and hustle it is extremely realistic to smash quota. I’ve never been happier in a tech sales role.

The SDR team has had difficulty maintaining an SDR manager, with the last manager only lasting 2 months. This may be due to the fact that their higher up, the SVP of sales, absolutely does not care about the SDR team.
