Kipu has an incredibly accepting and diverse culture, with experienced leadership in every department. In the sales org you have a ton of support from management, Sales Engineers, marketing, and can get face time with cross-functional departments very easily. The SDR team has had difficulty maintaining an SDR manager, with the last manager only lasting 2 months. This may be due to the fact that their higher up, the SVP of sales, absolutely does not care about the SDR team.
