The company operates with very confusing rules of engagement and have their own process of "mining" which is more of admin to find leads/new prospects than outbounding or selling. Their inbound is very poorly managed and the leadership is biased and discriminates against people of color.

Entrepreneur - SMB segment customers LOVE Klaviyo and we rarely lose deals against competitors. If we do, it’s just price. More upmarket we have really solid competitors and don’t have as much market share in the MM/ENT....Read More

I’d say the only downside is that there are no repercussions for people who blatantly rigged systems to get more leads in their name. They get a simple slap on the wrist when they wrongfully took opportunities from others in the segment. I also would argue there’s way too much...Read More
