Burnout culture is rampant. Awesome teams and mid level leadership but we are being worked like a call centre sweatshop. OBDRs for MM/ENT are held to pipeline quotas that we have no hand in. Many BDRs are being PIP’d for quota they can’t control. Misalignment across the org. Exhaustion and anxiety are palpable from entry level to executive leadership.

Klaviyo is an amazing product, and can treat you well for the most part. However, the sales org is run as a pyramid scheme - your number doesn't have to be hit for your manager to hit theirs, and their number doesn't need to be hit for their manager to hit theirs, and on it goes. Leadership has been poor in APAC and is currently in flux.
