As more time has passed here, I’ve noticed very concerning and troubling things in Klaviyo’s sales org. Newer reps are massively struggling, tenured reps sitting on the best accounts, CRM data is a mess and leadership turns the cheek on a lot. I’d probably stay at my former company if I knew this.

Not impressive. Ok management. I never felt this was a sales role that I aspired for when I applied. The product was a good fit for its market. Gets very repetitive in the role. I’m glad I’m done
