Terrible compensation structure, honestly remarkable this business isn't profitable considering all of the efforts made to pay their sales reps as little as possible. No leadership, no GTM strategy.

Klaviyo is a great company to work at all said and done. The training is not too in depth, but the culture is so great that you learn from your peers and by doing. If you are looking to get into sales, especially into a company that is absolutely thriving, consider Klaviyo.
