Great sales enablement team, but low base + Entrepreneur segment is a mess. It's a game of sourcing > selling. That is why I decided to part ways. Those who game the system will succeed, and those who work hard, and play fair, will struggle to hit their number. It's a good time to be an ENT or MM rep at Klaviyo. The glory days in the ENTR segment are long over.

Product sells itself. Tons of inbound opportunity in SMB. The actual selling process is pretty unique though. Because of how account ownership works, a lot of outbound success comes from sourcing good accounts.
