Current Employee This used to be a great company until PE got involved. I had high hopes for the new CEO, but so far his vision seems to be "mandatory RTO" and "make Tik Toks". This is not a joke. We are however, opening a new office in Virginia so he doesn't have to relocate. Meanwhile, everyone else suddenly has to deal with full time RTO after having been remote for years.
Currently about 10-20% of reps hit quota in any given month. His plan requires 90% of reps to hit. How will we achieve that? By making Tik Toks? How does that help? Browse Other Reviews
