Current Employee The company was once a great place to work, but since being acquired by private equity, a number of changes have negatively impacted the sales team—particularly around compensation.
Many top-performing reps have left or are in the process of leaving due to declining earning potential and a lack of transparency around compensation changes. Leadership has yet to meaningfully address these concerns, and there’s a growing sense that employee feedback is being ignored.
We’ve been given repeated assurances that improvements are coming—especially around pay competitiveness—but so far, those promises have not materialized. Morale across the team is low, and confidence in leadership continues to erode.
Leadership appears to be turning a blind eye to how awful things are. A lot of the top reps have left and are continuing to leave because it's gotten so bad.
Lots of false promises to give us competitive salaries. Can't tell you how many times we've heard better things are coming and then leadership doesn't deliver.
