Weird place. Some really good structure, and training/onboarding but it just doesn't pay well, particularly with the expectations and transactional nature even in Channel roles. Very hard for new reps to break in and hit quota consistently. Most good Channel accounts are already with experienced reps. Newbies get the leftovers that no one's been able to get going. Recruiting said 80% hit quota consistently. Wasn't true. Ranged between 40-60%. Only 80% in December.

Honest review - IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. they’re force fed & given by stary eyed reps in the training program. The truth is that unless you are selling as an account manager, quota attainment is close to 10-15%.
