Kong is very well positioned in the market, most of the biggest competitors are legacy solutions which are well entrenched in their accounts but provide opportunity to displace. Base compensation and benefits are lower than other companies in the space but the sales incentive plan is very lucrative - easy to earn over your OTE. Excellent leadership team and culture, one of the best I have had in my career.

The market appears tighter this year than it did last year. Federal has been a real challenge, which was a big positive factor last year. Overall, the Kong product is highly competitive, and A and B players can generate substantial commission as we have a very leveraged comp plan.
